Q: was prescribed medicines for bad breath, should i bother taking them?
I have very good oral hygiene but I occasionally have bad breath which worries me as I have no gum infections or anything that should be causing this. After some checkups a doctor said it might be coming from my stomach, from a certain bacteria there and he said if I wanted to I could take medicine for this. He prescribed me:
Amoxicillin
Vagilen (Metronidazolo) 250mg
Nexicim (Esomeprazole) 20mg
Anyone had the same problem and was prescribed these?
Or anyone has taken these medicines and knows how effective they could be?
I do not want to harm myself because my problem aint that serious afterall.
thanks
A: Regular brushing and flossing is necessary but to have healthy teeth and gums you must maintain oral hygiene throughout the day. The product that I’ve been using helps me in doing so. Dentiva helps to maintain good oral hygiene by killing the bacteria that causes bad breath. Its safe with all natural ingredients.

Q: Is gastritis related to stress in mind?
Dear Readers,
I always get this pain in my stomach upper part and burps too when I get late to have my meals or when I get worried of some thing ex: test, some one-get sick etc.
I’ve been having this problem for many years now, I think it’s Gastritis and get an anti acid like Gaviscon and it gives a temporary relief, a doctor gave me Nexium 20mg esomeprazole. When I have that it makes me better, but I don’t know if it is good to take it often. It is a prescription only medicine so I have to go to doctor again to get it back.
Any doctors out there who can help me with this? Is there a better medicine?
What causes Gastritis?
Thanks for your time.
A: Gastritis is certainly caused by stress. I’ve suffered from it intermittently for the past ten years in times when I’ve been stressed. It’s caused by your stomach producing too much acid and this then irritates the lining of the stomach, causing the pain you’ve been feeling.
I’ve tried numerous medications and I have to admit that I’ve found Nexium to be the best. Whenever my gastritis flares up I take it for a couple of weeks and it helps it settle down. Having said that, it probably depends on you personally as to whether or not it works. The best thing for you to do is to go and see your doctor, explain the situation and ask if you can sort out some long term treatment plan (e.g. my doctor gives me spare packets of Nexium so I can just start taking them when needed).
There are also things you can do to help yourself. If you’re suffering with a bout of gastritis make sure you eat small meals every few hours or so. Something like toast is a good idea. You probably won’t feel like it, but it’s important you do as it gives the acid in your stomach something to digest as opposed to your stomach lining! Also stay away from food groups that will irritate your stomach on a good day, such as alcohol. And, of course, try and work at reducing your stress. It’s easier said than done, but things such as exercise, yoga and meditation really do help.
Q: abdominal pain and inflammation?
I am female 25 years old.I have acidity problem and pain on left side since january this year. The doctor keeps on changing medicines .I have taken omeprazole,Metoclopramide,Lansoprazole and now i am taking Esomeprazole 40 mg OD since 4 weeks.I am ok if i take medicines and when i leave the medicines i have pain and abdomen inflammation. The doctor says now that its due to anxiety.I know that its due to anxiety.I took separation from my ex husbannd last year. What should i do.I hate medicines now.help me please
A: the medicine is latest for gastric acidity. Doc should have ordered a endoscope examination of the stomach and deudonum for ulcers.
anxiety is a major cause and so you need to correct the diet.
No chillies in the food.Drink a glass of cold milk at bedtime.
Eat meals at regular times.
